On this day, you will be picked up from your location in the Arusha area and driven to Arusha National Park. Upon arrival, get ready to spot giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and white and black colobus monkeys as you explore the lush rainforests, tranquil lakes, and volcanic craters. In the afternoon, enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the park and marvel at the stunning views of Mount Meru, the second-highest mountain in Tanzania and a favorite among climbers. Later in the evening, you will return to Arusha Town for dinner and an overnight stay at Arusha Coffee Lodge.
After breakfast, you will check out of your hotel and set off for Tarangire National Park, with brief stops along the way. Upon arrival, you will check into Sangaiwe Tented Lodge, enjoy a hot lunch, and then embark on an evening game drive. In this park, you will encounter a diverse array of wildlife, including the vast herds of elephants that roam freely. You will also marvel at the ancient baobab trees that are a hallmark of Tarangire. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to observe a variety of other flora and fauna that call this park home. In the evening, return to Sangaiwe Tented Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning, then check out of your lodge and embark on a scenic drive to Lake Manyara National Park, with brief stops along the way to take in the beautiful landscape. Upon arrival, you will check into Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge. After a delicious lunch, you will head into the heart of Lake Manyara National Park to search for the rare tree-climbing lions. You'll also encounter a variety of bird species, including the stunning migratory flamingoes that give the lake's shores a pink hue. Continue your game drive in search of more wildlife until evening. Return to Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
After enjoying your breakfast, you will check out of Lake Manayara Wildlife lodge and begin your journey to Ngorongoro, making brief stops along the way for restroom breaks. Upon arrival, settle into Marera Valley Lodge where a delicious hot lunch will be served. In the afternoon, embark on an exciting game drive through the park, exploring its diverse ecosystems including swamps, savannah grasslands, woodlands, forests, and scrubs. Ngorongoro is renowned for hosting the world's largest caldera, teeming with a plethora of wildlife species. As the day draws to a close, return to Marera Valley Lodge for a sumptuous dinner and a comfortable overnight stay, surrounded by the natural beauty of this remarkable park.
After enjoying your breakfast at Marera Valley Lodge, you will check out and proceed to Mtoumbu village to immerse yourself in the rich Maasai culture. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn about their traditions, customs, and daily way of life. After experiencing the Maasai culture firsthand, you will drive back to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your designated pick-up location, marking the end of your safari adventure.
